At UK Caravans Albury we strive to look after our customers by giving them quality time, quality caravans and excellent service work. Due to staffing issues we are struggling with our internal workload and can no longer take on any external service work until we catch up with our internal sold caravans.
We have been struggling with staff over the last 18 months like all industries and are constantly advertising for service staff.
The business gates will be locked due to service work and Brian can only respond to people after 3pm week days. The preferred option for communication is via email.
Sales of caravans will continue as normal but and appointments will have to be made for viewing/sales.
We are also purchasing second hand European caravans in Australia if people are interested in selling theirs.

WAIT TIMES FOR SHOWROOM CARAVANS
Second hand caravans we import are in the showroom on display for viewing and have not been through our workshop for Australian conversion and any other required works.
Due to this the caravans are not ready to tow away immediately. We endeavour to do our best in getting the sold caravans completed in a reasonable time and thank customers for their patience.
We will be closed from December 17th and reopening on February 1st.

Many people may not be aware that UK Caravans Albury have been working on English Caravans since January 2015. Since then the business has been growing and so has our service department. We have a service team consisting of three part time workers and one full time. Between the team we cover all electrical, plumbing, caravan rebuilds and all aspects of service work. With the latest edition of a full time service technician we are now taking on all caravan work, be it Australia, German or any other brands/countries. We also install accessories as per list below.
We are authorised repair agents for several insurance companies, completing many insurance repairs and rebuilds.

We have been struggling with staff over the last 12 months like all industries and are now 6 months behind in our internal work and 2 months behind in external service work.
We are constantly advertising for service staff, but are not having any luck.
Unfortunately due to these ongoing problems we can no longer take on any new external service work. Saying this we will still support customers that we have sold caravans to but there will be a waiting period.
